Circus Incognitus

with Jamie Adkins,
an Unforgettable One-Man Circus Comedy
In this unforgettable one-man circus comedy, this Master Clown takes his performance far beyond the bounds of a solo show and creates an artistic event that springs from his own inner world. Circus Incognitus involves a cheeky, likeable character who tries to overcome stage fright. The very playful performance includes many "how'd he do that?" moments and builds to a great finale, which includes some spectacular stilt-like work with a ladder, and juggling on the slack rope.
Jamie Adkins began his career at the age of 13 in San Diego, where he delighted passersby as a street performer. Later in San Francisco, he joined the Pickle Family Circus. Then this eclectic clown, juggler, balancing artist joined Montréal’s famed Cirque Éloize. Jamie has distinguished himself with his unique style that faithfully and humoursly conveys the essence of the ordinary man. A do not miss show for the young and the young at heart!
