"Joy" Winter Concert
The Maple Ridge Concert Band presents an evening of music befitting the winter season. We hope our concert theme “Joy” will evoke (as defined by the Merriam/Webster dictionary) “a state of happiness or felicity” to all who attend.
The Maple Ridge Concert Band, under the direction of Mr. Ed Dumas is a community band made up of approximately 40 members of all ages and musical abilities.
The band’s objectives are to provide a friendly atmosphere for our weekly rehearsals, endeavour to promote the performing arts, and to share our musical camaraderie and enthusiasm with our peers and our community.
For adults wishing to learn to play a concert band instrument, the Maple Ridge Concert Band is proud to announce the Adult Beginning Concert Band (the “ABC” Band).
