Where do I park?

The best place to park is in the underground parking lot. There are three ways to enter:

  • Turn east off of 224th Street onto Haney Place by Memorial Peace Park. The entrance will be on the right hand side.
  • Turn south off of Dewdney Trunk Road into the Municipal above ground parking lot. The entrance is on the east side of the lot.
  • Turn south off of Dewdney Trunk Road onto Edge Street. The entrance is on the west side of the road, across from the bus loop.

There is a pay parking lot under The ACT Arts Centre accessible to the building through a stair well and elevator. You can purchase a parking pass with your ticket purchase or you can purchase a ticket from the machine in the underground parking lot.

If you are purchasing a ticket from the lot, please remember which stall number you are parked in so that you can enter it when you pay for your parking pass. The first hour is free – regardless of how many hours you purchase. Each consecutive hour is $0.75. Please note that the machines do not give change.


How do I purchase performance/event tickets?

You can purchase tickets by calling the Ticket Centre at 604-476-2787 (press 1 to go directly to the Ticket Centre), buying online, or drop by in person and visit the Ticket Centre.


What does the theatre seating setup look like?

You can view the Seating Map for the Main Stage Theatre here. Events in the Studio Theatre are usually General Admission and use a variety of different seating set-ups.


Where do I pick up my tickets?

Just stop by the Ticket Centre up to two hours before the performance to pick up your ticket the night of the performance. Keep an eye out for our Kin Crew Volunteers who help with Will Call at many of the shows.


I can’t find my tickets, what do I do?

Call the Ticket Centre at 604-476-2787 ext.1, and we can reprint them for you. There will be a $5.00 reprint fee for the entire order.


Is this an accessible theatre?

Yes! We are wheelchair accessible and offer infra-red hearing reinforcement system for those with hearing impairments. Please notify the Ticket Centre if you require these or additional services at the time of booking. View our full accessibility details here!


Do you have Gift Certificates?

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination. To order, choose the Gift Certificates link at the top of the ticketing page or call the Ticket Centre at 604-476-2787.


Do you have a Lost and Found?

Please contact the Ticket Centre at 604-476-2787 ext.1 if you have lost or found an item. If items in our Lost and Found are not claimed after two months, they will be donated to a local charity. 

What should I wear?

We don’t have a dress code, feel free to dress up or stay casual!
