Once Upon a Dream…Themed Birthdays and Parties at The ACT
  
A pinch of salt, a dash of dust, a spell all wonderful and new, a tip, a tot, give a little twirl, Once Upon a Dream has a party just for you.
Once Upon a Dream is a division of Zouppa Cafe. We have a really creative staff and delicious food that we would love to bring together to help celebrate your Child's special day. We have created some really fun themed parties, as well as some idea's to make your party uniquely yours!
All parties include full supervision, complete lunch and artistic activity or craft, generous amounts of caffeine for parents willing to endure and of course we set the stage for your......Once Upon a Dream.
Themes include: Wizards, Princess Tea, Spa Party, Teddy Bears Picnic, Pirate, Alice in Wonderland Tea, Survivor, Make Over, Luau and many more.
At Once Upon A Dream we understand that children develop special passions, and would be more than happy to create a unique theme tailored to those wishes.
Our parties are 1 1/2 hours and start at $164 for 8 children ( additional guests are $18 each) including lunch, crafts, supervision and coffee for parents.
Please note there is no outside food permitted.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How soon in advance should I book my child's party?
As soon as possible! Most people book one or two months in advance. Short notice availabilty is rarely available.
Why am I charged for how many children I confirm not how many children attend?
The party planner will call you a day or two before your party to confirm how many guests have RSVP'd. We leave this until the last possible moment so you have enough time to get your numbers confirmed. These parties take hours of planning so we charge the number of children we have prepared for. If any additional children show up without notice you will be charged $25 per child.
Are the Parents required to stay for the party?
NO. We provide full supervision for the invited guests. Although parents are encouraged to stay and enjoy the party, it is not required. We offer coffee for those who do stay and you may order snacks ( Please speak to your party planner). Please note you may be charged for any siblings that stay for the party.
Can I bring in my own food?
Unfortunately, outside food is not permitted at our parties, except for birthday cake.
What is included in the price?
Our party includes crafts, decorations, lunch, beverages, full supervision, coffee for parents, and a thank you card on behalf of the birthday celebrant. This is all included in the basic price, however we do offer additional services that you may want to discuss with your party planner. You are only required to bring a cake (or substitute one of the crafts for cupcake decorating) and goodie bags.
Who do I call to book my party?
Call the ACT to secure your date and time. A party planner will contact you to go over the details and help you select your theme. Call 604 476-2787.
