Every student is provided with a marimba instrument and all instructional material is supplied.  Students receive instruction in playing technique and instrument orientation and then begin playing.

Students’ learning begins with a series of fun, simple pieces of music that are interactively supported by Ms. Durno.  At the end of the workshop, students will be able to play at least two songs and demonstrate their knowledge of playing technique, rhythmic and note accuracy.
