Artist Trading Cards with Brenna Maag

1.5 or 3 hour workshop
Students will develop their image-making skills by working with a variety of differnt media and a discussion about inspiration will encourage students to explore their own ideas and develop their own themes. The workship will end with a trading session and lots of ideas for future trading cards.
Artist Trading Cards are miniature works of art. They are no more than 3.5 x 2.5 inches. ATCs are limited only by size and not by imagination; they are originals, small editions and, most importantly, self-produced. Made by artist and non-artists alike, the idea is that these cards must be traded, they are not for sale. Trading should take place at Trading Sessions or whenever you meet another ATC trader in person.
