The Rock’n’Roll Legends In Concert presents the ultimate musical tribute to the greatest rock & roll performers of all time. A concert that could in fact have taken place had fate not played its untimely part in rock & roll history. The concept was created by Les Vogt and Red Robinson for Expo ‘86 and became the undisputed entertainment hit at the 1986 Exposition where 43 original oldies acts performed at Expo Theatre every Sunday.
Most of these classic artists have passed on and the show has since become known around the world presenting re-creations of nostalgic superstars featuring imitators that stretch beyond the realm of believability.
The current cast includes Larry Branson from the original West End musical (and UK touring cast) of the “Roy Orbison Story” ... Greg Miller from “Elvis, Elvis, Elvis”... Lance Lipinsky from the “Killer Experience” plus the Louisiana legend Fats Domino portrayed by Vancouver’s own Kenny Wayne.
It’s a nonstop hullabaloo featuring over 50 top ten hits performed by the legends headliners with the Sin City Rock’n’Roll Band.
The Rock'n'Roll Legends very tastefully re-creates the look and sound of the greatest rock'n'roll performers ever. The illusion is uncanny. The faces, the costumes, the movements, the songs... they are all the same. You couldn't ask for anything more. You'll see it and simply not believe it. Don’t miss it
