The Maple Ridge Jazz and Blues Festival Society is a registered non-profit society promoting and producing the annual Maple Ridge Jazz and Blues Festival (second weekend in August). The Festival freatures the best in local, regional and national jazz, blues and roots music and musicians. Two outdoor stages, 11 hours of non-stop live music and entertainment, vendors, beer garden and BBQ, workshops, emergin talent shocase, childern's area and much more.

.jpg) Students are supplied with a marimba instrument. Learning begins with a series of fun, simple pieces of music that are interactivley supported by Ms. Durno. At the end of the workshop, students will be able to play at least two songs.
