The Gallery Shop

 

Nestled in the lobby of the ACT is the Gallery Shop. The gallery shop is an extension of the Maple Ridge Art Gallery and is managed by gallery staff and operates with the assistance of dedicated volunteers. The purpose of the gallery shop is to provide a retail outlet for local and regional artists and artisans to sell their unique, quality items and provide shoppers with original retail options. The items in the gallery shop are juried before being accepted and are evaluated based on quality, uniqueness and appeal.

+ Selling at the Gallery Shop

 

Artists looking for opportunities to sell their work in the gallery shop should read the submission procedures and guidelines link and visit the gallery shop before submitting requests for sale of merchandise. Requests can be sent by email with accompanying jpeg images and all other relevant information outlined in the submission procedures and guidelines. Work will be evaluated based on artistic excellence, originality, technical expertise and presentation as well as relevance to our market. We look for work in all media and styles and view applications on an ongoing basis.
