YOUR GIFT directly supports the arts IN OUR COMMUNITY

During the 2023/24 Season Annual Campaign, we invite you to take part in the Johnston Meier Match Challenge.  To celebrate 50 years of putting customers first, Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group will match all new and increased donations of $50 or more to the Annual Campaign, up to $5,000, from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.  Thanks to the generosity and leadership of Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group, your gift to the campaign will be DOUBLED!

Please consider setting up a monthly installment gift, which makes giving convenient and reduces our administrative costs, making your gift go further. If you are a new contributor, by making an easy monthly gift of just $5 you can double your impact. You can cancel or adjust at any time:  just give us a call at 604-476-2787 and we will be happy to help.

WHY IT IS IMPORTANT

For 20 years, The ACT Arts Centre has played the major role providing high-quality programming, education programs, and free arts events in our community.

We strive to make the arts accessible to everyone in our community, and with your generosity, we can foster creativity and facilitate arts education for all ages, enriching countless lives in the process.

Our community is growing rapidly, and your contribution helps expand and enhance ACT Arts Centre and Arts Council programs to serve those growing needs.

Please help us do more!

Your tax-deductible contribution provides crucial program support. This past year, The ACT has

  • engaged over 4,000 children, youth, and adults, in more than 360 learning activities classes and engaging learning activities in our Gallery and classrooms.

  • brought 30 live professional performances to our stages, to the applause of more than 7,000 enthusiastic patrons, and

  • expanded our understanding of the visual world through five diverse five stunningly curated Gallery exhibitions.

  • Awarded ACT Scholarships and Bursaries for Youth

  • hosted free-of-charge community events

Making an annual ACT Arts Centre gift can be done any time throughout the year. Benefits remain in good standing for twelve months.
