Be welcomed into the class with soothing music. Students find a comfortable space to lie or sit down (blankets welcome to be brought to class) while they engage in guided meditation, and sound bath focusing on the subject of art for the day. Students will learn how to tune into their body, feelings, and visionary skills to facilitate what they want to express through art. We engage in movement or dance, and transition into drawing skill for the lesson. After their vision is brought to life, we learn various painting skills, and take home a beautiful expression of art, and feelings empowering the student to bring their imagination to life through their uniqueness.
